Hope you had a awesome weekend!!!

I most definitely did, the KRANK Brooklyn crew and I went on a little field trip, we zip lining in P.A.!!!

We beat the hell out of every obstacle there!!

Training is about more than just looking great in a bathing suit, It's about using your body and feeling good about yourself..

 

Here's the workout of the week!!

 

Workout

 

8 Reps x 4 Sets

1a) Kettle bell Swings

1b) Goblet Squats

 

 

4 sets

2a) 6 Snatch's (each arm)

2b) 8 Revese Lunges (each leg)

 

 

Team Finisher

15 Minute timed sets

 

15 Body weight Squats

Leaps for 30 feet (Do as many as you need to make it that far)

Backwards Bear Crawl (30 feet)

Spider man Push up's (5 each arm, 1 Leg up each side)
